Bootcamp Chennai – Extensive Training

All Lite Weight Fitness trainers are qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers.
Training initially consists of taking part in, and observing classes.
All trainers have assessments of their classes and annual refresher training.
They all take part in practical training sessions at Master Training classes, where they get trained in new techniques and look into different equipment options.
This training and development model enables us to manage our trainers to ensure your classes remain effective, challenging and fun.
